CBT Direct's Warranty Information

Money-Back Certification Warranty
CBT Direct IT certification training is covered by a 120-day certification warranty. You must complete the course and pass the corresponding TestPrep in certification mode for this course before taking the corresponding certification exam. If you fail the same exam covered by CBT Direct training on two (2) attempts within 120 days of purchase and fax in your results of both the TestPrep and the certification exam(s), a refund will be issued for the corresponding training package. For courses with no TestPrep available, you still must complete the course, fail the certification exam on two attempts [five (5) days must elapse between first and second attempt] within the 120 days of purchase and fax your results of the certification exams and a refund will be issued for the corresponding training package. If your purchase includes 2 (two) or more courses, this warranty only applies to your first certification exam.

CBT Direct Medical Billing and Medical Coding training is covered by a 180-day certification warranty. You must pass the corresponding CertBlaster pre-test certification mode exam(s) for this course before taking the corresponding certification exam. If you fail the exam covered by CBT Direct training on one (1) attempt within 180 days of purchase and fax in your results of both the CertBlaster and the certification exam, a refund will be issued for the corresponding training package. If your purchase includes 2 (two) or more courses, this warranty only applies to your first certification exam.

CBT Direct Automotive training is covered by a 180-day *Test-Pass warranty. You must pass the corresponding CertBlaster pre-test certification mode exam(s) for this course before taking the corresponding certification exam. If you fail the exam covered by CBT Direct training on one (1) attempt within 180 days of purchase and fax in your results of both the CertBlaster and the certification exam, a refund will be issued for the corresponding training package. If your purchase includes 2 (two) or more courses, this warranty only applies to your first certification exam. *To become ASE certified, you must pass an ASE test and have at least two years of relevant full-time hands-on work experience in the motor vehicle service industry.

All other terms of the above warranty apply. All other courses, Referenceware Collections, Test Expert Bundle products, Transcender, and Certblaster are covered by a **30-day performance warranty. NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CERTIFICATION GUARANTEES APPLY.

**30-day Performance Warranty
CBT Direct products are covered by a 30 day performance warranty. Our training and utility products are guaranteed to perform as specified by all accompanying manuals, marketing materials, and product specification sheets. If the product does not perform as specified, and CBT cannot correct the issue, a refund will be issued. If a CD accompanies this training, the CD itself is covered by warranty for a period of 30 days against physical defects. If the CD is defective and does not function properly as a result, it will be replaced free of charge if reported and verified within 30 days from the date of purchase. NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLY.
